To volunteer we require a money order or Cashier’s check for $185. Upon completion of your shift, your deposit will be returned.
Please note that completion of an application does NOT guarantee you a volunteer spot. No position is guaranteed until your application has been accepted and the deposit has been received. Volunteer positions are limited so unfortunately we are unable to accept all applicants. To volunteer you must be 18 years of age.

Here are descriptions of the volunteer positions available at Weekend at Harmony.
Clean-up
This position is for those people dedicated to preserving our beautiful Mother Earth. You are the backbone of helping keep the park clean, so that we leave the land as we came to the land. Must be able to do a lot of bending down and you will get dirty.
1st Aid
This position is for people who have medical assistance knowledge; from wrapping wounds to comforting someone in pain. Priority will be given to people who are RN’s, CNA’s, EMT’s and 1st Aid certified.
Gate
As a gate volunteer you will be placed either as a ticket taker, will call, side gate, or parking lot. It is necessary that you are organized and responsible.
Runner
This position can involve a variety of duties, from picking up trash throughout the entire park to running to town to get more supplies. Please only apply if you have a vehicle that you can use during your shift.
Set-up/Tear-down
This position requires you to lift items weighing 50 lbs or more. Good physical endurance is necessary.
Staging
This position requires heavy lifting and good physical endurance. Must also be responsible since you will be working with expensive staging equipment. Shifts vary through out the weekend. However, one of the shifts is a short shift on Sunday night starting at 1am to help tear down the staging. If you are interested in this 3-4 hour shift and can guarantee that you will be sober please let me know when you apply.
